Seven Years
This is a German novel about an architect and his complicated adult life - an unhappy marriage, an affair, a love child, the collapse of his business and his financial ruin. It was a pretty depressing book. :-)
A couple of things I liked - the German-ness of the book. It was amusing to me that the characters would meet in a beer garden instead of a coffee house, for example. One of the characters was an undocumented woman from Poland who worked illegally as a housekeeper.

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the structure of your blog?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to
say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could
connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or
2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
